How to uncover the need
 of interns in startups

Description
This research project was done during an internship on the 3'rd semester of the Masters Study, Service Systems Design.

Desk Research, User Research - Jobs To Be Done, Data Analysis, Job Maps

My Role:
UX Researcher. I did all the research and visualised the job maps, based on interview data.

Outcome
The main outcome of this internship was a number of job maps that reveals the process of when an internship position is posted by a startup.

Conclusion
The research and the outcome of this was never used as the founder of Power Intern made the company take a pivot turn and changed the concept and business model of the company.
