I have a background in Service Design and always work according to the Design Thinking methodology and with a perspective of how I can be of value to your business and it's users.

Furthermore that these initiatives can be implemented with existing solutions, this by using UX and Service Design methods to visualize customer journeys, touchpoints and interfaces.

- Rich experience of concept development, prototyping and testing of digital products and services crossplatform. This in order to create the best possible solutions for both your business and end-users.
